1. Our Service
MDG offers a free, no-obligation review of business credit card processing statements. The review is for informational purposes and reflects our assessment of the documents you provide. It is not a guarantee that you are being overcharged, that your fees can be reduced, or that you will save any amount of money.
2. Independence
MDG is an independent company. We are not your current payment processor, bank, or point-of-sale provider, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any processor or card brand unless we expressly say so in writing. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. No Professional Advice
Information on the Site and in any review is general business information and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions about your merchant services.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to share only documents you are authorized to share, and not to send passwords, login credentials, or full card numbers. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, design, and logos belong to MDG or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for viewing and personal business reference.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, donotcall.gov). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ANY REVIEW ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY REVIEW.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.
